How long does it take to ship?
Standard frame styles take 2-3 days to build and ship. Premium and Designer frame styles take 1 week to ship, but can be expedited if you need it faster.
How easy is installation?
One of the coolest features of our TV is that it installs just like a regular TV. Typically, a local A/V installer or electrician is contacted to hide the cords back through your wall.
What is the difference between standard, inside and white glove delivery?
Standard delivery includes a liftgate which allows the Freight truck to take the crate off of the truck for you.
Inside delivery is a one-person assisted delivery (you will still need one person to assist the truck driver in carrying this inside).
White glove delivery is a 2 person inside delivery that includes uncrating the TV and placing it in the room where you want it.
